Reports to: Application Specialist Supervisor
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and other hours as needed; Occasional on-call support required with ability to respond within 30 minutes, either via remote access or on-site.
Location: Topeka, KS
The Business Systems Analyst performs a variety of technical duties related to core banking and ancillary applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
One to three years of experience supporting vendor applications required
Preferred experience with banking and/or bank software, SQL skills
High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred.
Must demonstrate effective oral and interpersonal communication skills and perform presentations well in front of small and large groups. Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some local evening and weekend travel may be expected.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
