Position: Assistant Compliance Manager
Reports to: Director of Compliance Systems

Assists in advocating and facilitating the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of corporate-wide Compliance Risk Management (CRM). Responsible for all facets of the Line of Business compliance program to ensure full compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. Actively engaged and readily available to work with Senior Management and Business Managers to revise or develop operating procedures to ensure compliance with updated or new regulatory requirements.

The Member Services Assistant works alongside the Administrative Assistant and Member Services/Events Coordinator to support KOA’s mission. This position assists with coordinating member communications and assists with financial record-keeping for Kansas Optometric Association (“KOA”) and its subsidiaries. The Member Service Assistant helps event staff to plan and implement events, as well as, serves as a backup for administrative functions.

The Legal Assistant will provide outstanding (timely, accurate, and value added) support service to aid Cavanaugh, Biggs and Lemon, P.A. in assisting its clients. Primary objectives include working with court filing systems and preparing correspondence with clients and other attorneys. Secondary objectives include assistance with substantive legal projects and completion of routine legal paperwork. In addition, the Legal Assistant may assist with special assignments, as needed.

Primary Accountabilities: The primary function of the Program Coordinator Employment Services position is to implement and supervise the adult services employment program through developing relationships and effectively planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the program. This position must uphold the purpose of Capper Foundation and instill positive, professional attitudes in all persons served working at various community locations.
